1. Commission Requests:
- Provide detailed specifications for your commission, including size, style, and any particular elements you desire. Alongside your character's description, please attach any file you may consider relevant, such as existing artwork
- Upfront communication is key; any changes after the work has begun may incur additional fees2. Payment:
- Payment is required before work commences
- Accepted payment methods include Paypal, either directly or integrated with Ko-fi; and MB Way, for Portugal residents
- Only partial refunds after the work has begun3. Copyright and Usage:
- I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork
- You have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage requires negotiation4. Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary; I will provide an estimated completion date
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly5. Revisions:
- A reasonable number of revisions are included in the commission fee
- Major changes after completion may require additional charges6. Communication:
- Prompt and clear communication is crucial for a successful collaboration
- I will provide updates on the progress of your commission7. Refusal of Service:
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason8. Privacy:
- Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third partiesBy commissioning my artwork, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully and reach out if you have any questions or concerns before proceeding.
